We had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the river. The chalet was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing by the river. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming us with warm soup even though we arrived very late. Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby waterfalls.

The hotel offered a good view of the river and surrounding forest, providing a sense of nature and relaxation. The food was great, and they even had a wood stove that made the meal even more special. The private swimming pool was another highlight, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the cabins was really inconvenient, having to go down to the main house to connect was a waste of time and made a noise in the christmas night. The cabins were not as cozy as expected, lacking some key amenities such as decent blankets to protect from the cold weather.

The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning waterfalls and a beautiful river. the food was delicious, with fresh and organic ingredients. I enjoyed the warm sheet that you could control the temperature to keep you cozy at night.

There was no phone signal and limited wifi only in the main area. It made it difficult to stay connected and plan activities for the day.
